Chris Frantz, President.
Chris’ background in commercial banking gives Allied
Commercial Realty an extensive, strong competitive edge.
His contributions to the team are “number crunching” and
a profound understanding of the ways money can be used
to further commercial real estate transactions. Chris
has served as past Realtors Commercial Alliance chairman
of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County. Past Chairman,
Secretary and Treasurer of the Kernersville Chamber of
Commerce, HOT Stakeholders Committee and past Treasurer
and current board member of the Kernersville Downtown
Preservation Committee. Chris has an MBA degree from
East Carolina University with an emphasis in finance and
an undergraduate degree from Northeastern Illinois
University. |

Ryan Corbello, Broker. Ryan utilizes his
experience, energy and education to great advantage. A
Kernersville native, and a graduate of UNC-Charlotte
with dual majors, Ryan brings expertise and enthusiasm
for our client’s projects to the table. Ryan specializes
in office and retail properties, and has worked with -
and for - some of the Triad’s most recognizable brands. |

Danny
R. Hill, Broker is
no stranger to the Triad's real estate community, having
been involved in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate
since 1994. His specialties include sales, leasing and
property management.
Danny is
active in the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce and was
awarded the Chamber's membership award in 1997 and
the organization's coveted "Citizen of the Year Award"
in 2001.
Danny is
a member of Kernersville Business Association (KBA) and
Kernersville Kiwanis Club. He also plays an active role
in his local church.
Danny has
been married for 29 years, has 2 daughters and 1
granddaughter.

Walt Kinsey,
Broker. Walt’s creativity combined with a strong
background that includes various roles in industry,
retail, commercial, education, professional and consumer
services serves him well at Allied. With an
appreciation of design, engineering, purchasing,
marketing, retailing and business office operations,

Richard Miller,
born and raised in Winston-Salem, has been in the real estate industry since 1985. Richard holds the professional designation of GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute). Richard is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Winston-Salem Realtors Association, and is currently in his third year as the President of the Property Management Division. He also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Association of Realtors Property Management Division. Richard specializes in downtown Winston-Salem properties. Richard is also an avid “dog lover.”
